Driven Insights, a progressive, rapidly growing outsourced accounting firm, seeks a seasoned training manager focused primarily on creating internal training programs for new and existing employees.
Projected Hours: 10-20 hours/per week

Role: Learning and Development Manager- Contract position
Job RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guide the standardization and creation of a scalable training system and underlying content of new and existing employee training content in a geographically distributed workforce environment.
- Build functional training to expand the knowledge and expertise of current managers and leaders.
- Facilitate the creation of new and evolving training material by engaging company subject matter experts.
- Drive the selection and roll-out of a Learning Management System (LMS).
Required Skills and Abilities
- 5+ years of experience developing training content and systems in a high growth small to mid-sized business setting.
- Passion for (and track record of) contributing toward the development of a world class culture through training.
- Creative and innovative approach to content development.
- Experience successfully leveraging learning management systems and other technology/tools to facilitate and scale training programs.
- Incredible attention to detail and “built-in” sense of urgency.
- History of serving in a human resources role for distributed workforce preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required.
